01 Can you join at any stage, or only from FEED?
Most engagements start at FEED review, but we regularly join mid-construction to establish supervision and controls on projects already underway. There is no fixed entry point — our team can join at any stage and any level of complexity, and mobilize additional resources rapidly when a project's pace demands it.
02 Do you replace the EPC contractor's own project management?
It depends on the engagement. When we represent the owner, we sit alongside the EPC contractor and verify its work independently. We can also join as part of the EPC delivery team, or take on a defined scope as a specialist subcontractor.
03 Can you support a single stage rather than the full lifecycle?
Yes. Tendering support alone, or construction supervision alone, are common scopes — the lifecycle stages don't need to be engaged as one package.
04 What should I include in the first message?
Sector, project stage, and rough location are enough for us to scope a response — full documentation can follow once we're in touch.
05 How quickly do you respond?
Typically within two business days. For urgent, time-sensitive tenders, mention the deadline directly in your message.
06 Can you sign an NDA before discussing project details?
Yes — happy to review a mutual NDA before any confidential scope or documentation is shared.
