A gas-to-liquids production complex developed by JV Uzbekistan GTL LLC (Sasol, Petronas and Uzbekneftegaz) — converting natural gas into synthetic diesel and other fuels, and among the largest facilities of its kind. Our specialists supported the project across process, instrumentation & controls and quality functions through construction and commissioning, and the plant is now in full commercial operation.
Engagement spanned feasibility study coordination, licensor identification and selection, and FEED scope development. The team initiated early procurement and design work for long-lead equipment (LLI) and led development of the EPC scope and contract, including value engineering evaluation to optimise project CAPEX.
A grassroots refinery at national scale. The team coordinated the feasibility study, participated in refinery configuration decisions, led licensor selection, and coordinated ESIA and marketing studies alongside FEED scope development and contract negotiation.
One of the largest gas chemical investments in the region. The team coordinated the screening and feasibility studies, licensor selection, and FEED and EPC scope development, and managed detailed design contractors alongside early LLI procurement and site investigation activities.
Upgrade of an operating gas chemical complex. The team led preparation and negotiation of the EPC contract, evaluated value engineering proposals arising from the FEED review, and coordinated the scope and contracts of engineering subcontractors.
The team coordinated the feasibility study together with ESIA and marketing studies, supported licensor selection, and led FEED scope development and contract negotiation, alongside preparation of the project's CAPEX cost estimate.
Modernization of an operating refinery. The team assessed the existing facility, coordinated the feasibility study and licensor selection, negotiated the FEED contract, and established and led the Owner's Project Management Team overseeing EPC contractor activities.
Design and construction of an aviation fuel complex serving one of the region's busiest international airports — a critical-path facility with stringent safety and reliability requirements. The team's involvement spanned design through to construction, delivered as EPC contractor.
Design and construction of a compressor station for an underground gas storage facility — a national-scale energy security asset supporting seasonal supply balancing. The team's involvement spanned design through to construction, delivered as EPC contractor.
